Our Team

Every KADEC engagement is led and delivered by me, Karlien, Owner of KADEC LLC. These senior advisors below add depth and specific expertise to complement my services.

Senior advisors are engaged selectively, where their experience strengthens the outcome, while also adding capacity to support larger or time-sensitive mandates.

Callum McCarthy, Senior Advisor

Commercial Strategy, Analytics, & AI

Callum is a senior analytics leader and commercial advisor with experience across technology, consumer marketplaces, hospitality, wellness, and financial services. He works directly with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to translate complex business questions into clear decisions that improve growth, profitability, and performance. His work has contributed to millions of dollars in annual financial gains.

He combines deep analytical expertise with a practical understanding of business economics, advising on customer acquisition, retention, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and commercial strategy. He also strengthens the reporting and definitions behind those decisions, making the underlying logic and assumptions transparent so leaders can understand and trust the numbers.

Callum applies the same approach to AI: identifying useful applications, improving analytical workflows, and maintaining rigorous verification and human judgment. At KADEC, he helps clients connect reliable information with practical action and measurable commercial value.

Konstantin Konstantinovsky, Senior Advisor

Operations, Technology, & AI Integration

From Strategy to Operating Reality

With more than three decades in financial services and consulting, Konstantin helps organizations turn complex business priorities into practical operating change. His work sits at the intersection of process, people, data, and technology: redesigning how work gets done, guiding technology adoption, and keeping business and technical teams aligned from the first assessment through implementation.

Making Change Work in Practice

Across global banks, advisory firms, and consulting engagements, Konstantin has led transformation programs involving lending, core banking, audit, risk, and operations. He brings an operator’s perspective to process reengineering and project leadership - looking beyond a proposed solution to understand how decisions, controls, data, systems, and day-to-day responsibilities fit together. The goal is change that works in the real environment, can be adopted by the people doing the work, and supports the organization’s broader objectives.

Konstantin’s technology work includes leading the product roadmap and program direction for AI deployment in a major US audit practice, working with end users to prioritize features and shape the user experience, and guiding user acceptance testing and feedback into actionable input for technology teams. He has also helped organizations assess automation and other technology options, define operating models and governance, and coordinate delivery across business, risk, operations, and technology stakeholders.
